Ok I'm wondering if someone can help me with photoshop, I have a picture of myself and I have closeups of me and I wanna know how people on TV etc put flames in pics 0_0 lol thanks!

that depends on what kinda flames, man it's been a while since I used photoshop. I'm sure there are tuturias around too. What version of photoshop do you have right now.
