Anyone get a chance to check it out? This is really nice, he did well on this, it deserves way more acclaim than both Graduation and Curtis. He really gets into it, and its not at all what you'd expect. Heard Hip Hop Police/Evening News yet? Base your opinion off those songs, except better. Good stuff, I recommend it.

Chamillionaire is a great rapper (actually my favorite). But I don't like the beats in most of his songs. But when he's featured in other songs his lyrics are mad slick. He could freestyle better than most rappers too. :D I'll wait on this one though.

I just looked at some of the songs in this album. The songs aren't bad but I can't say they're anything special. I liked Industry Groupie a lot though.

I just listened to the album. Chamillionaire has an awesome way of spittin' rhymes, and I actually liked the beats. The lyrics are kind of, ehh.
While the way he spits is awesome, it felt like he was trying to be too political without really saying anything. He was just mentioning different names (name dropping) without actually _saying_ anything real.
But the album is awesome to listen to since I usually don't listen to the words when I'm driving.

You definitely made a point here. In 'Industry Groupie' he kept mentioning how this 'freak' slept with all these famous people and there's a whole list of people he mentioned here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industry_Groupie). Even though he doesn't sing about prostitutes or money, I don't understand all these random topics he sing about.
