Something along these lines was going to be my answer. I'm a very romantic kind of guy, but I'm also a realist. I understand that I'm not the easiest of people to get along with and to be in a relationship with. Somehow, inexplicably, a few women have proved brave enough for the challenge.

When I'm single, I have hope that I'll meet someone, when I'm with someone I have hope that it will work out. I have plenty of hope. Especially right now.

Only most of them. There really are a few decent women out there. I've actually met one of them in my life, so I know they exist. They just aren't the majority, and they also tend to hide, because most guys out there aren't exactly a prize catch. Because of the combination of rarity and camoflage, it takes longer to find 'em.

Yea I had my share of that years ago... As of right now, I don't really care about having a girlfriend or any kind of relationship, unless I were to somehow magically find a woman who I like for her looks and personality, hopefully more for her personality, but looks are also somewhat important to me as well, since I wouldn't want to go out with someone who looks like they need to lay off the fast food. :x I know one thing... staying in Maryland won't let me find any cute asian chicks, since it seems to be full of ugly fat disgusting ghetto women that I think I'd rather die than get involved with any. Yep... Maryland = Fail to me now :lol: Especially after going down to Mrytle Beach in South Carolina for vacation recently.

Tell me about it. Breakups are bad enough, but it's the relationship itself that's the scary part. When you let another person influence you so much that s/he effectively turns into walking heroin, when you become so addicted to another person's presence that the thought of losing him/her could invoke suicidal tendencies... you just can't ever turn back into the person you once were.
