I am 17, around 6 ft tall. I am a bit mentally slow and have slowed reaction time. I also get overwhelmed quickly. I dont know of any slow paced jobs.

Landscaping.
Really, it's all about planning and hard work. After that, you only have to react as fast as plants grow. Assuming you're not planting kudzu, you should be able to keep up.

Is there a flea market near you? They tend to have a billion jobs. And they hire a lot of teenagers.
...I just don't want to work there. I want to work at Subway.

I'd say Librarian, only because most librarians I know sit down all day (in a very quiet atmosphere where lethargic behavior is actually acceptable and somewhat expected) and do very little in the way of fast-paced action. You would, however, be responsible for categorizing books and making sure the files were correct and updated....but that shouldn't be too hard to do. *Shrugs* You would also be in charge of guiding readers towards the books they need, and issuing new library cards to people...but that, again, wouldn't be so difficult (for anyone really).
