ARRRGH - My Computer looks ugly now!

I just downloaded and ran Enlightenment e17 on my computer, and my god, it looked stunning. The only problem was that my monitor flickered when it was on for some reason. I have to fix it now, because I can´t not have it anymore.

I think my set-up of XP looks better. The only thing that that had going for it over mine were the animations that made toolbars shine when they were brought to the front.

I've been using Enlightenment for 10 years already. Sometimes I tried something other: Windowmaker, black-, flux-, open-box, fvwm, icewm, CDE, KDE, GNOME, XFCE, 4dwm - pretty much almost everything here; but always returned to E. It is very fast and eyeful. Rasterman (Carsten Haitzler) does incredible work here.
