I AIN'T AFRAID OF YOU.
And I'm not even in high school yet. Well, technically. I am a 9th grader but I'm not in the building.

EDIT: LOL Mistress Kiyomi. I posted that on MySpace and I decided to make my 6th period a little more interesting than just "lunch"

I don't get mine until tomorrow, but I know I should be getting the following:

Physics: Electromagnetics, with Optics and Modern Physics (i.e. intro to Relativity and Quantum Physics, or so I believe) next semester.
Phylosophy: Ethics and Moral issues (forget the exact name, has to do with Nietzche and human society)
Maybe some Spanish classes
I also have one school year to think up a science project involving Physics. Not sure what I'll build yet.

Don't know about the rest.

I know what town you live in, what high school you go to, and now I know your school schedule and all your teachers' names. Watch out for the boogie man.

Alright, I know you were banned for the kind of posts you used to make, but now with your Perfect English you are CREEPING ME OUT! Some of us are too used to your faux-ghetto speak and need time to adapt to the change. "Serious Evil_Koala" is a contradictory term. :(

1. I posted this on MySpace and this computer's a bit unpredictable so I wasn't going to type it all up and risk the internet dying when I press 'submit reply' because that happened a few times on MySpace.
2. Computer intergration is when they teach you how to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
But I mostly use it to check my forums because DA SCHOOL DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET LOCKS. Which is awesome.

I get all my ghetto out of me playing Gears of War now. Just to see the locust's head explode when you get a half-scope headshot with sniper rifle is the most satisfying thing in the world. Their head explodes like a pumpkin all the seeds and insides (the brains) fly out. Their headless body falls on their knees and then collapses completely and I yell "**** YEAH!" It's orgasmic.

Deadly sins.

And in moderation it's OK. I have very little pride beyond my acting, singing, and writing.

"Pride comes before a fall."

A healthy dose of pride is necessary for all functioning human beings though. Because pride and confidence go hand in hand. And if you lack too much of either it could cause mental distress. Right now I am exhibiting my own pride by schooling you in things which I have decided you do not know enough about.

Geez, I thought you were raised as a good Catholic girl. I'm unaware of an theologic context that says a Mortal Sin is "ok". The Venial Sins aren't especially well received either, but when you step into the Mortal Sin range, "ok" isn't the term that's normally applied. Get thee to a confessional, young lady!

I'm thinking that maybe you should've made some room in your schedule for a Comparative Theology class or something... :P

It is not a mortal sin, but rather a deadly, or cardinal, sin.

slightly more on topic
1st period: AP English with Mr. Kenny of the pink pants
2nd period: Economics (only first semester, and then only if I can't convince them to let me not take it)
3rd period: AP European - when the teacher was VP, he stopped a teacher from punishing me.
4th period: free/gym/Advnaced Religion with Chewbacca (real first name: thaddeaus, which is almost as good as Chebacca) the course is acredited through a local jesuit college
5th: lunch
6th: AP us government with Luigi
7th free/public speaking/lab
8th: AP physics/lab - for some reason this isn't taught by doc, the physics teacher who has, among other things, earned 4 PhDs invented time, worked for Nasa, and killed a polar bear with a tooth pick.

after school activities - mock trial, possibly model UN, Philosophy club, Long book club.
after those: Math. First semester: calc 3, second semester: Linear algebra.

Actually she's right. Pride (arrogance) is fine when practiced in moderation (and compliments humility very well), as long as it it is not pride as defined in a theological context (vanity, narcissism,...). Pride doesn't always lead to sin either v.v I hate it when people say that as if it's causality is sealed. It takes a really long time to explain though and some people just never understand :/.
-------

my schedule is

Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10:00 to 2:20-
-Speech
-Trigonometry
-English Composition
-Biology

:D being a freshman isn't so bad when you realize that the Gen ed. classes are drop dead easy .

On Tuesdays I have class at 8:30 for a Biology lab :/ it's like 3 hours long. I don't understand why the Bio lab has to be so long and once a week? It is an extra credit hour, but I don't think it's worth it.

I laugh at you little kids who stand at the bus stop in the morning, while I sit comfortably in my apartment playing World of Warcraft and Capcom vs SNK2, while enjoying chili dogs and root beer at 7:00AM.

I laugh at you when you get back home, downtrodden with homework and school projects while I just get back from the gym, perfecting my adonis like physique, walking back to my apartment to get ready to go out and do what I want, when I want. (go to the movies, hang out with the guys, drive around town).

I laugh at you little kids when I get home from work because I get paid!

No, it isn't. The recommended amount of classes per semester is 5 classes (15 credits), and you need at least 3 classes (9 credits) per semester to be eligible for many student loans, scholarships, bursaries, etc.

Originally, I had 5 classes per semester, though I managed to fit Japanese into my schedule. However, I had to talk to the Arts faculty staff to allow me to have 36 credits. Technically, Arts students are only allowed a maximum of 30 credits a year, while Science students are allowed to go over 30 credits without special permission. Yeah, it's discrimination, I'm tellling you. :(

Existentialism? Yeah, there's a third year course on that, but I couldn't fit it in my schedule. Oh, well, there's always next year.

LOL that sounds like me....just replace playing games with taking my sweet time to get outta bed, and replace chili dogs and root beer at 7 am; with French toast and bacon at 1pm, since I damn well do not wake up at 7 am. Then- when all the kids are back home doing homework etc. I'm just getting back from the mall or running random errands or whatever other crap us girls do in the day time and probably getting ready to do some work or go out or whatever I want, since I can.

It's also nice to only be doing work to get paid lol, buuut bills suck :( Rent is the biggest waste of $ ever. :/

Kids on the bus always scare me, what with their staring out the back of the bus into my car and things of that nature. :P

I laugh at you little kids when I get home from work because I get paid!

Yeah, I'm a mean old man...and I'm only 24 :P

And the retort:

I laugh at the older people who are out of high school and college who can do what they want for now. They think I have a problem getting up at 7 AM and getting on a bus to school, when in fact I love getting up early and I love going to school. I also laugh immaturely when they get gas from their chili dogs.
I laugh at him when I get home because homework may be a challenge, yes, but it's a challenge I embrace because learning is the pinnacle in life. I love going to Walmart and getting the supplies for these school projects and I work on them an hour each night so that they're done in a matter of days. I have a structured class to get my fat *** in shape. And I need it because I wouldn't be working out any other way.
After the 2 hours of learning I do when I get home, I chill out and read a book. Or watch television. Or go on the computer.

Why do I laugh at this poor man?

Because he doesn't have to work like my father did. Sure, he works and gets paid, yes, of course, but if you multiply that by 3 you have my dad. My dad had my older brother when he was 17. He had to drop out of school and completely screw his education to take care of Mark Jr. He was married at 17 and divorced some years later. He had to get a job not only to support himself but to support a wife and son. But his job wasn't over when my brother turned 17. Since he didn't complete his education he STILL has to work hard in the sun every day at a job he hates, while my dear mother rubs in his face that she's on a damn computer all day in air conditioning (heating in the winter). That's why I work so damn hard. The learning is awesome, as well, but I also work hard so that I'm not miserable like my dad.

And while I laugh at this "man" as he likes to call himself...
...I realize that the rest of the school is laughing at me...
...because I'm a nerd.
BUT I'M A PROUD NERD.
