man its been a long time since i visited these boards. so i see some of you guys are still here. thats a little creepy, but then again i came back from meataphorical death so i guess that pretty much makes me just a little creepy by association. what a sick sad little world we all live in. well i just moved to the rose city of portland all the way from conway arkansas. that was pretty cool. nothing else really of interest other than that.

see see and here i was thinking no one would remember the backwoods hillbilly. haha look at that. but yeah i've had some of the sea food not bad, certainly more appetizing than fish that has been shipped across the country in a truck, and the beer is ****ing awesome, not to mention the pot, good god. i have arrived in paradise and i will die here a fat, leacherous,, stoned, beer laden, crusty *** old man that really really ****ing stinks like he has been left under a heat lamp after he croaked

Fixed.

Why seafood?

because portland is on the coast. i reiterate i moved from Conway Arkansas to Portland Oregon. thusly we invariably come to the topic of seafood, because of the vast difference in the quality of fish in the coastal area of the northwest versus that of the landlocked midsouth region, of these our slightly tarnished united states. hope that answered your question. but aside from that iiiiTHE BEER!!!! oh so much beer, oh so little time! seriously the best part of oregon is all the great beer. not to mention the niffty little max trains. oh my god and all the freaks and geeks man. i have stepped onto mars. a cozier friendlier, oxygen rich, less rusty mars, but a mars with the same amount of martians

Portland's about 50-some miles from the coast. I've never heard any of my fellow native Portlanders (or anyone else for that matter) say anything about Portland being known for seafood. Coffee, beer (more breweries than any other city in the world, in fact,) and exceptional quality locally grown produce are what I know.

Why do you put the quote below the reply?

Have fun with all the beer, I guess you mean many different types.

Portland's pretty nice, but because of all the one-way streets I'm convinced that when Satan returns and rules earth for seven years, Portland will be his hellish capital, a veritable Dis on Earth.
