the question is are they the same people????

and why do they look soo similar

and which girl is in with scene i am sooo confused i would find pics but none of them id be allowd to post

Kaori Saeki (the lead member of the magic club) and Rika Shiraki (the student council president) are two different people, though both are blonde. (Saeki wears her hair in a ponytail, while Rika wears hers down, and has spiral earlocks.)
