Anyone else listen to Techno/Tech House/House?

My life is pretty much controlled by music, so I've spent the vast majority of the day today downloading sets, and things that I've haven't yet listened to.

Currently jocking James Zabiela & Nic Fanciulli - One + One - Disc 1

Best mix CD I've heard in a long time. Highly recommended...

Me want more House. Any suggestions on DJs and producers. A local DJ friend got me into Bad Boy Bill, and I've been looking for more. I should say I'm an aspiring DJ and producer, though I do more Jungle/Breakcore and some Gabber more than anything else.

...sadly, the only techno i listen to leans towards an akiba-poppy kinda feel to it.

LOL, i guess trance can count. It's what got me into the scene 11 years ago.

I could go on and on. It really depends on what type of house you prefer. I lean more towards the Deep House side of things, but the list I just gave you is pretty broad.

EDIT: Also keep in mind there's many sub-genres under the house umbrella. It might take a bit of time for you guys to find your own individual style that you like...

i prefer techno over house. got a couple friends who spin the house though and I usually like what the spin...don't know any records though.

but in this area of electronic sounds...tribal house is my favorite.

I always get lucky and find one song I like that I would consider "techno". But not being a fan of the genre outright its hard for me to really say what kind of song is what.

Recently I just stumbled upon a single by Michael Gray called 'The Weekend'.

Anyone know of any other music thats similar to this style?
