What I can think of:

The "penis extension" in Vixens (formerly released under its original title of Visionary) episode 1b technically counts as a tentacle, and the women were (very) consenting after their initial surprise.

The first episode of Tokyo Requiem has a tentacle rape scene in which the victim eventually consents due to the pleasure she is receiving.

Possibly in Jiburiru the Devil Angel? Other than those, I have few series which have a parody or comedic tentacle sex scene (notably La Blue Girl / Lady Blue), but I can't think of any others. (I can post my whole tentacle hentai list, if you like.)

Found one! In the later part of Lunatic Night episode 1, the protagonist Kanzaki has his

(destroyed) body replaced with a robotic one (only his head is intact), and his assistant/devoted harem member Neptune uses her remote control to deploy seven green tentacles from his waist. She is very angry when he runs off a moment later (an army is attacking), leaving her in the lurch. However, he later uses a spiffied up tentacle on her and on his other two love slaves to their great pleasure. (He has his body back for episode 2.)
This is very much a light comedy (think cotton candy—maybe popcorn—where Bible Black would be a very spicy and substantial five-course meal in a fancy restaurant); unfortunately only the first two episodes (of three) were released in North America, and it is out of print.

* "Super touch" (my phrase) is the power to seduce virtually anyone by physical contact, or at the least (eventually) obtain consent for sex through amatory skill, even if the sex starts out as rape. The characters who possess this are—to my recollection—all male, and are usually the protagonists of hentai featuring chikan or sometimes rape.
