What I can think of:

The "penis extension" in Vixens (formerly released under its original title of Visionary) episode 1b technically counts as a tentacle, and the women were (very) consenting after their initial surprise.

The first episode of Tokyo Requiem has a tentacle rape scene in which the victim eventually consents due to the pleasure she is receiving.

Possibly in Jiburiru the Devil Angel? Other than those, I have few series which have a parody or comedic tentacle sex scene (notably La Blue Girl / Lady Blue), but I can't think of any others. (I can post my whole tentacle hentai list, if you like.)

Found one! In the later part of Lunatic Night episode 1, the protagonist Kanzaki has his

(destroyed) body replaced with a robotic one (only his head is intact), and his assistant/devoted harem member Neptune uses her remote control to deploy seven green tentacles from his waist. She is very angry when he runs off a moment later (an army is attacking), leaving her in the lurch. I think in both cases of Inyouchuu/Shoku there's a good bit of mind control/breaking going on there. Hard to tell in Shoku though, but in the original there's a few parts where the girls eyes glow red and they say things along the lines of seeing themselves in the situation.

As mentioned above, the first Inyouchuu becomes fairly consensual and erotic I'd say (as in the first episode is like 20 minutes of tentacle sex). It's not violent or extreme, but hardcore and "nice" enough. :P

And Shoku is very extreme, although all the girls end up loving it by the end. Only recommended if you're prepared to jump off the deep end, but you should watch stuff like Himekishi Lilia, Asagi, and Sexy Magical Girl Ai first to be prepared. Hah.

Sex Demon Queen has some, but it's pretty comical and the tentacle scene is like one shot of 3 seconds or something, but it's kind of funny because the girl is absolutely loving it.

I just finished watching the first episode of Inyouchuu and that wasn't really what I was looking for. I didn't enjoy the passive role that the women played, basically being wound up by the tentacles and used as, well, talking fleshlights. You don't really have to look any farther than the film that popularized tentacle sex "Urotsukidoji". In a scene missing from most (censored) versions Megumi is caught having tentacle sex with a Makai (majin), and then kills it when she climaxes.
