Just want to point out that the Media Blasters decision to use the title "Another Lady Innocent" is an odd one because the Front Innocent OVA is based on Satoshi Urushihara's series of illustrations titled "Lady Innocent." So it's a wonder why the OAV was titled "Front Innocent" instead of "Lady Innocent" in Japan, and a mystery why Media Blasters picked an American title that was similar to, but not exactly like the original Japanese title for the source material of the OVA.

I mean c'mon "the da vinci LOAD?" "lord of the g strings"
"school of ****" "sex trek" "world of *****craft" "nacho libido" (the last one I made up) but the bottom line is its still erotic material and its a staple in the adult industry to make a normal movie title into a porn title

Recently, Kitty Media/Media Blasters has often used punning and/or pop culture references for their hentai titles, apparently starting with Sextra Credit, which was announced on 4 October 2005, and scheduled for a 17 January 2006 release (this was followed by The Duchess of Busty Mounds, advertised as "The Dutchess (sic) of Busty Mounds"). I thought I would compile a list of such titles, and their references, including those from other companies.

My first theory about why they did this is that someone was infected with a strain of Matt Greenfield Syndrome. (Matt Greenfield is the vice president and a co-founder of A.D. Vision, which does business these days as ADV Films. Allegedly he wrote the cover copy for all of ADV's earlier releases; examples here (ADV's Web site, 1996) (http://web.archive.org/web/19961024223424/advfilms.com/adv/catalog.html). Pick pretty much any tape.)

My current theory is that they wanted to cater to the mainstream porn consumer, who apparently is used to the American live-action porn industry churning out similar titles. Choice examples recently taken from the front page of Xonair (a porn e-tailer, and a sister company of JapanAnime): Campus Confessions Vol. 11: My P_ssy Needs Tutoring!, Brazilian Buttz Takin' Nuttz, and Hair Force One (a best seller).
