Ayame stronger than Koga?

yeah...I noticed that without any jewel shards, Ayame can run just like koga...meaning the whirlwind. She also has other techniques like where she pounded into the ground and made leaves attack. I thought maybe that Koga could run just as fast without the jewel shards but all thru the anime, everytime he lost the jewel shards, he was slow. and if he could run that fast without the jewel shards embedded in his legs, why not put them in his arms? Other than his speed with the jewel shards Koga has nothing going for him. Could someone help me out on this?

Koga's stronger. He's got the Goraishi (or however it's spelled). Besides, Ayame's a filler character.

Ayame is an anime-only character, created for the sake of filler, who only appears in two or three episodes, and is never heard from or heard of again. If Ayame appears to be able to match or surpass Kouga in any sort of way, despite the fact that he possessed jewel shards and she didn't, my guess is that it's probably because whoever came up with her character messed up.

Ayame`s stronger than Kagome, not Koga. (: Think about the times Koga has saved Ayame, but than again... Ayame has saved Koga. I`m guessing that they are both at the same level?
