Vieran Accents

So... I've given this a little thought and I've narrowed it down to three possibilities...
It's either a Scottish accent, light Irish accent, or a Welsh accent...
Why Welsh you ask? Well I'm glad you asked... (And even if you didn't I'm gonna ramble anyways... :P )
A Welsh accent is kind of like a cross between a British accent and an Irish accent... The reason being is that the country of Wales is located on the West side of England, between Britain and Ireland... Making for a rather charming mix of both accents... (Maybe I think so because I'm part Welsh? You be the judge... German, Hungarian, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh... I'm your basic European Mutt)
Fran's is sort of a nasal Scottish accent...

She sounds like bjork with a lower voice who had been living in scotland for a few years, she says ee instead of i, Os are replaced by As sometimes in her speech - it's more toned-down scottish than anything else to my ears. Fran's VA was born in iceland, same as bjork.

Viera, broadly, have scandinavian-english accents.

The one viera chick in 12 reminded me of one Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty...in a strangely good way.

Someone called it a Hiberno-English accent... Whatever that means...
However, a Welsh accent is a West English accent... So maybe that's what they meant... Since Wales is between England and Ireland... On the West side of England... That's why I say that Welsh is a combination of the British and Irish accents... ^_^
Ironically I'm German, Hungarian, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh... So I reall should know the difference... XD
