The ordinary hentai mahou shoujo Sex Warrior Pudding does have a romantic plot, though virtually all of them have some sort of rape. OF the robots/androids/cyborgs, I recall that Buttobi CPU / I Dream of Mimi and Stainless Night have romantic plots, while Forbidden Love, It's A Family Affair, Vixens / Visionary, and Lunatic Night are relatively lighthearted (the protagonist in It's A Family Affair is a dominant, seducing most of his "sisters", but there is no actual rape).

Disclaimer: I have not seen all of these, and for some I have seen, I have not watched all of the episodes.
