I have been sucked into the Naruto world.
so, I recently bought the second boxset on sale, mainly because I'd wanted to see it uncut. It's okay; but I still think Bleach is much more entertaining.
Naruto needs ritalin. Bad.
Everytime Sasuke spoke, all I kept thinking was 'Ishida!'

Real men and sexy women read Jojoīs Bizarre Adventure.
Oh, and try reading the manga instead of watching the anime.

I am going to have to agree with appletini, Bleach is on yet another filler arc and the manga is completely sucking.
Naruto gets better as it goes on no worries.

Why, cause they're killing off bad guys or cause Hinate hasn't jumped Naruto yet?

Because nothing of real importance has happened since Sasuke first showed up.
Nothing well written anyway.

But itīs true.
In retrospect, the Hidan/Kakuzu arc had little importance. And Kishi dropped the ball on Sasukeīs return by giving Orochimaru an anticlimatic defeat and introducing 3 new flavors of Mary-Sue.

Gotta' agree, there.
I don't think Bleach or Naruto have been particularly well written as of late, (I mean in terms of plot), but then again, long series almost always wane when it comes to plot (and for understandable reasons).
All in all, if you take Bleach and as it's being shown on AS compared to Toonami (fansubs likewise), I'd say in the first 50 episodes or so, Bleach is definately the winner. I enjoy Bleach and Naruto thoroughly, but Bleach comes out on top for now, and it has been for me for a while (keep in mind that I'm only watching the Bleach dub, so I'm at the SS arc, and on Naruto I've seen every single episode that's been released through DB's fansubs). By the time I see into the triple digit Bleach episodes... I can't say if I'll like Bleach as much as Naruto, but for now, Bleach is ontop.

He has his moments.:)
If you're just going by the Viz English dub, it's pretty good and even the edited version that is shown on CN is done pretty well and relatively little is omitted besides a few changes in text and the removal of some blood and similar scenes.
It's also funny that you mentioned Sasuke reminding you of Ishida, because for most Naruto fans who began watching Bleach... Ishida reminded them of Sasuke.:P
Oh, and the third uncut boxset is out as well, I believe.

I wouldn't bother getting uncut boxsets. You're only missing out on some nosebleeds and chopped off limbs. Nothing much.

So buy the dub only edited dvd's? Good thinking...

And voices that are actually decent.
