Supreme Ruler of THE WORLD

In the near distant future, we will soon have to bow down to a Supreme Ruler of the World. If a vote were to take place who would you nominate? You can't nominate yourself, otherwise big, green men will come into your room at night and have their way with you before destroying all that you love.

Just wondering who you would have in mind for ruler. They can be fictional or Dead.

*I would vote for Stephen Colbert, just because he is one crazy/funny/smart mofo! A world ruler would need all those qualities!

Lelouch Lamperouge of the rebellion from Code Geass. I like how he gets down to business and makes decisions in the heat of the moment. He's fictional I know, but he is capable of devising great plans on short notice. He's also cool.

I would have to go with Shimada Kambei from Seven Samurai/Samurai 7 because he is always looking out for the good of the people. He is also an extremely skilled fighter who knows how to use his head too. I doubt he would want such a position but I would still vote for him.

Hmm... That's no way to win votes. You got to manipulate the people into thinking you are a good, generous, nice guy and then, when you rule the world, dispose of those who annoy you. That's the way to do it.
