They come as a set, you can't separate the master and his student. I wouldn't want to try. In fact I go further and say that I wouldn't try to pick favourites from Team Gai. I love them all equally. I find that they make the most likeable team in the series, and one of the strongest, too.

I love them both because of the hug sequence, and the fact that Gai encourages Lee!

Pick as opposed to what? Better abilities? Faster? Normal Looking? Smarter?

As said, they are pretty much the same in most aspects.

Lee's better. Drunken fist is by far my favorite fighting style in all of Naruto.

In terms of power...it's a contest between Juuken and Drunken Fist. Lee started to absolutely OWN Kimimaro using drunken fist. Yet, Nejis Byakugan has a freaking huge winning streak. So far it's only lost to Naruto. I think. :p

I voted for both. Both are really awesome and funny characters. They had the best debut out of all Naruto characters, them hugging was perhaps one of the funniest things that I have ever seen. They both made me laugh again recently when Lee shouted down the microphone of his phone set and when Gai made some grunting noises. :lol:

Both, for me. I can't choose between them. I love them equally because they're hilarious.
