In this order: DUI, reckless driving with a suspended license, driving 70 in a 35 on a suspended license, and failing to enrole in a court-ordered alcohol education program.

I can't say I find sending her serve her prison sentence in an actual prison to be that unfair.

No, Paris went to jail because she violated her probation. In the many rules of her probation is not to drive. Surprise, surprise. For someone who violated their probation, 45 days is pretty light.
