I was watching random episodes from Naruto when all of a sudden I started thinking about the Kyuubi's chakra and its nature throughout the series.
1) up until Naruto's fight with Gaara, Kyuubi's chakra was used to help him extract more power. It would also surround his body during its release.
2) during the Sasuke vs. Naruto battle, Kyuubi's chakra had the same effects as mentioned in #1, with the exception that Kishi decided to add a side effect if the chakra was excessively used.
3) during the Shippuuden era, the chakra had a total change of nature from surrounding his body to actually morphing Naruto into a mini-Kyuubi. Also, its nature changed in a sense that it's extremely harmful for Naruto to use it.
Now that the facts are laid, I have a couple of questions:
1) Do you expect Kishi to turn the tables around again and make Naruto fully able to control Kyuubi's chakra without having any harmful side effects ?
2) Do you see the possibility of having Naruto's chakra fully merged with Kyuubi's as opposed to having them separate (like they are now) ?
