You guys really think ol' Orochimaru is dead and got his *** handed to him by Sasuke? HA!
Orochimaru's no idiot, there's no way he'd fall for the same trick twice. He had it happen once with Itachi and he knew what to expect with Sasuke. He already knew all of Sasuke's abilities, as well as his current strength/potential.
He's just lying and playing like he's Sasuke. He's the type that'd kill his own men to achieve his goal, even Kabuto. Why's he doing it? Who knows what he really wants, perhaps he'd like to destroy his hated rivals at Akatsuki and steal their demon animal powers for himself, or maybe he'd like to become the Hokage someday as Sasuke.
There's no way I think Sasuke really beat Orochimaru given how calculating he is. So don't count Orochimaru out of the story just yet.
