That's the Speedycake Remix of Caramelldansen by Caramell. It's a rather hard song to find, so if your friend is having difficulty send her in my direction. I have both the Speedycake and original versions of it.

I watched that flash video with that song for a good hour....the Haruhi video to it is awesome too.
