Looks just like the production sketch I've had for at least a year now. Since Marvel told the site I got it from to take it down, I dunno if it's okay to post it (it's got a big watermark and comparison to the comic suit, too). :P

I'm also hoping that the gold isn't really that gold, because, well...Iron Man should not be blinding, and he kinda is bright there.

Ultimate Iron Man is win. Ultimate Iron Man suit is suck. Seriously. If anything, modern Extremis armor is nothing short of amazingly pretty and it's probably what they should use. Alternately, the costume he had in MvC2 (was that during the horrid Teen Tony years?) would work well.

But that one looks fine too. Also: I totally agree with Bernard; the cat ear suit is FAAAAAIL.

Nope. It's a pic of him like the above one, but penciled (can't really tell if it's inked, but if so, it's light), colored with a neat red hue and almost too bright yellow color, and looks almost identical to the current comic suit (with some slightly sharper features here and there and also tapering whatchamacallits on the feet).

EDIT: Bernard, is it spiffy if I post it, since Marvel asked the host site to take the image down? I want to upload it, but also don't want to get in trouble.

That's B-Ko, from the Project A-Ko series. Her father is generally given to be based on Tony Stark, just as A-Ko's parents are given to be Clark Kent and Diana prince. B-Ko's Akagiyama-23 Battlesuit (pictured) is her equivalent of his Iron Man powered suit.
