Ok this doesn't say anything new. It doesn't say hey Final Fantasy XIII is not a PS3 exclusive. It says that the FF XIII Project AKA Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII. We've always known that there are more 13 games and not all of them are PS3 games.
