Escaflowne DVD menu song

On the first DVD if you select Set Up you get a song not in the show and I've never heard it on the music CDs I have. Anyone know where it comes from? Sounds like a native English speaker singing something like "stop to think before you, hold onto your reality . . ."

It's called "I Recommend Instincts", and it's by Julia Wilson. It's on the 3rd TV OST, track 7 (by the way, in this case, rather than searching through my OSTs for the song, I just googled the lyrics in quotes and added +escaflowne to the search [then verified] :P)
