The females are said to be much larger. Frightening, yet intrigueing...

I've found smaller versions of those toads in my garage. They like to eat my cat's food, and "swim" in it's waterbowl. Made my cat quite sick until I caught the beasties...

Do you mean your cat was sick becouse he was eating them? poor toads.

Nope, the toads secrete a toxin that gets into the water in my cat's waterbowl. That's what makes them so deadly to people's pets...

I remember in one of my science classes we watched a video on cane toads. It was actually the only good thing about the class. Whenever I run into a couple of friends from that class, we always greet each other with "Cane Toads!".

LOL, sounds like something I could catch on to.

Can't believe the guy who's holding him has to use both hands. They must be powerful jumpers. My dog would probably run from it, and she's a black lab.
