Can anyone give me suggestions for hentais that have high production values, good animation, etc. So far what's impressed me is of course Bible Black, Angel Blade/Punish, and Nurse Me.

Broadly speaking, the anime production studios to look for are Muse, Pink Pineapple, Green Bunny, Milky, [edit:] Moonrock, and CherryLips (see the Anime News Network Encyclopedia for lists).

Edit: Also speaking broadly, the studios to avoid are Obtain/Obtain Future (http://www.animenation.net/forums/showthread.php?p=6028556), Five Ways, and Digital Works' Vanilla Series label (with some exceptions), as they tend to have low production values.
