What's the name of the music from the episode with Mugen's brother... the one playing as Mugen is sinking into the ocean and he's having flashbacks, near death experience etc.

It's called "Obokuri~Eeumi". It's by Ikue Asazaki, and it's from her 2002 album Utabautayun.
