There was no dog as far as I remember, just a guy the split personality said was a dog. What confused me was the fact the two of them looked nothing alike (wig maybe?) and that white room. I wish I remembered to post this earlier so I can be more clear on what I want to know. Like that girl in the dining room with the sheet wrapped around her, I think she was the one "with" the "dog". Its' just one seen she's alive and the next time we see her she's dead. In the end of Black Widow, the main hero lives in the mansion with the killer while the only survivor (who was raped by the men) in placed in a mental institution.
Two of the characters, the larva girl and dog girl, are not killed off, they just died. Probably a fault of the production team. The larva girl just gets backslapped to the wall, possible a broken neck but not believable and no sound effect. The dog girl died because of no valid reason.
As said, the killer was the "girl next door" type with another personality. The diary showed that this persona hated all of her friends because she feared losing the main character to them. So, she created the plot to kill them.
Why does he stay? Probably wants to protect her from the world and keep the other personality gone from existence, hence the "rape"-like of her at the end.
The answers to the rest of this hard to follow hentai can only be given by those who played the PC game.

Compare this to any anime adaptation of a non-hentai (fighting) game with numerous characters—you can either have a lot of cameos that don't make much sense, or you can have an actual plot revolving around some of the characters.

As for translation, I use Excite Japan (http://www.excite.co.jp/world/english/) (which is better at rendering Japanese into natural English) in combination with Google Language Tools (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en) (which can sometimes do a more accurate job than Excite Japan, and yields about the same results as Babel Fish Translation (http://world.altavista.com/)). I supplement these with AnimeLab.com's dictionary and translation (which has the advantage of rendering an intermediate transliteration into romaji, but is otherwise a poor translator), and Wiktionary (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Main_Page) for individual kanji (I find them more user friendly than KANJIDIC).

JapanAnime re-released it as School of Masochists: Perfect Edition on one disc (catalog number JPAN5001), edited together as one film. To the best of my knowledge there is no more anime, though the series is based on a manga (ISBN 4877343326), and there is DVD player game by Milky's Virgin Cream label (DVCM-6165), as well as a PC game by Core Magazine's electronic division.

Unfortunately, I don't recognise it . . . .I (still) don't recognize either of them. I can only say the second set of images looks recent in style, and does not seem to match house art styles from either Pink Pineapple or Milky (the primary suspects if this is hentai, given the quality of the art).

The only suggestion I can make is to do a Google search for anime blogs, and to peruse their images.
