What is the very last song playing at the very end of Planetes? It is playing while Tanabe and Senpai's brother are watching them board the ship to go to Jupiter on TV.

If you mean the song that plays the entire length of the credits, that's "Planetes" by Hitomi (since that's the very last song that plays as far as I know).
