was wondering who was the original singer for this. anyone know? plz and thnx^_^

Megumi Hayashibara. She's a very famous seiyuu and singer. She also played Haruka (the aunt in Love Hina).

edit: just looked to be sure and I was right.

Also, it looks like the song is Sakura Saku, which makes more sense because that means "Cherry Blossoms Bloom" I believe, rather than "Bloom Cherry Blossoms".
