...ever since i missed the great Megumi Hayashibara and Ken Akamatsu's turn of gracing our conventions here in the US, i was thinking...

who would you like to see in upcoming cons? this, of course, includes musical guests. and yes, you may say L'arc...(noob).

i'd say i'd like to see The Indigo again. they didn't get that much of a good reception at Otakon - what can i say, the crowds were in naruto mode. oh well...

Mikuni Shimokawa. just because she's Mikuni Shimokawa and not Yoko Ishida.

Yui Horie. c'mon. she could be the next Kikuko Inoue in terms of casting roles. she's in almost everything. and wherever she's cast in, that distinct voice is always recognizable.

so let's hear it.

I'd love to see the Indigo. I didn't see them at Otakon because I haven't been to an anime convention outside of Texas. I'm also mad about missing KOTOKO at A-kon last year. The A-kon staff messed that concert up by requiring people to be in line for the 10 PM concert at 5 PM. I didn't realize they were going to force everybody to watch some other concert before hand, so my friends and I hadn't eaten. One of my friends went tog et food, but the staff wouldn't let us save him a seat, so we left and couldn't get back in.


Anyway I'd love to see:

I got to see Kotoko at A-Kon and I loved it. Great show, but the security people for the con were horrible. I also second your YUI suggestion.
But, my number one would be the Polysics, even though I'm not sure if they have done any music for anime.
