What is the difference between the first release and the new release?

Do they show more detail or is it the same?

The new release will be dubbed (as ADV/SoftCel's was not), in addition to being subtitled, and will feature new subtitles and a new translation, as well as a new video transfer. The ADV/SoftCel release is not listed as having been censored (no "Mosaic" in the item title), so the visual content will not have grossly changed.
