After like an hour on google I still can't find out how to install OpenGL. I went to the main page, the wikipedia papge, I even googled "OpenGL download," and many combinations of words that may lead me to something.
Can someone point me to an OpenGL installer? =(

If you're using Linux, you have to download and link the libraries manually from the distro repository, if using Windows the game should install the necessary libraries. By default Windows includes basic support for OpenGL, but Linux libraries have to be downloaded.

Well, I get this error:
GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem
Leads me to believe I got no GL. =(

Are you trying to play Return to Castle Wolfenstein, or the original Wolf 3D for DOS?
If it's RTCW, the problem is probably with your video card's drivers. If it's Wolf3D, it's probably with a Windows system file.
I don't know the details, but every time I want to play an old (mid 90s or earlier) game on my circa 2003 computer, I have to download some new/modified system file to get the thing to work.
