My dog Coco, was fine this morning at 9 AM when I woke up and gave him water, etc. Then I went back to bed and I woke up at 12: PM by grandmother and she told me that Coco passed away while I was sleeping.
Its wierd that he was all happy and jolly this morning and barking at me and I pet him and he wagged his tail, the next he is dead.

Dogs are always like that before they die, they know it's coming somehow,

I know how it feels to lose a pet, especially one that you become so close to. It often depends on what's ailing them how fast they go, but in all honesty it does seem to pop up out of nowhere because they try to either hide it or they want to hold on longer just to be with their human family. You have my sympathies. Just know that he's in a better place now, and that he'll always be with you in your heart.
Sorry if that's too sappy, but I kind of get that way about pets.~Angela

That really sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. :( I've lost lots of cats in my life, so I can relate. I dread the day my dog dies.

You have my sympathy. I am a dog lover to the core. My dog died a couple years ago. The same dog that licked my faces when my mother carried me into the house after she gave birth to me. It's extremely heart-wrenching.

Sorry to here that Lacan he was old right? So he must've died a peaceful death.
My mom's friend's dog died in the most terrible way last week.. She took her dog to the doggy massage place and she all of a sudden got a call and found out her dog died because she got electricuted to death while taking a bath.

Most pets know before they die; it’s like a sixth sense. I know my cat knew he was going to die. We used to take him to the Vet maybe once a week because he had a life threatening disease in which a virus, to make a long story short, ate away at some of his organs. My parents and I, after spending over $1000 to try and save his life, decided it would be best to put him to sleep. When we took our cat to the vet, he didn’t squirm in the car like he used to, he just sat there, as if he knew his time has arrived. Same thing happened when they stuck the needle in him to put him to sleep, he didn’t resist, and he just looked at us, and faded away.
Best cat you could ever own. Never hissed more than twice in his short six year life, and was the friendliest cat ever.

Sorry to hear that, I remember when a dog I grew up with for 10 years died and I was crying the entire next day in school
Trust me, you'll feel better in time, and remember that your dog will always be with you in spirit

I'm trying to drown my sorrows with comedy and parody flash movies online. I only have one dog left and her name is Sissy and she only has a year or 2 left in her to live. I lost Bear my dog, then my Cat Shadow, My Grandfather, a bunch of relatives, and now my dog Coco.
I feel like I'm turning into a Emo.

I know what it's like to lose pets you've grown very attached too. My cat Candy died over 1 year ago. She was so humble knowing I was pretty sick that day that she went to the back garden to die all alone. Still sick, I went looking for her the next morning and found her there. She has left a huge void in the house.
I love my other cats very much, but she was my baby. As to the two cats that hang around me the most (we have 9 cats BTW), I think both Pollo and Ardilla will live quite a while since both of them are healthy and fat. Pollo is almost 10 years old but she doesn't seem a day older than 5. This morning she was crushing my poor back while I was on my bed like usual.
It's the things your pets do to annoy you that you miss the most when they are gone.

Well I'm more calm now and back in control.
Anyway its hard for me when a cute dog like Coco dies. For some reason I feel more bad for animals when they die then humans.

I'm sorry to hear about this. One of my cat just went missing and now presumably dead today too. I hate this when it happens....
