I'm confused cause know one is showing what goes inside the dumplings and how to perpare it

That was from the movie titled 3Extreme, there's another movie called 3>the directors are from hongkong, thailand and korea<. The director from Ichi the Killer also made a short film with another korean and hongkong director. The dumpling story is from the Hongkong director. :thumbsup:

There are many different recipes in dumplings. I know for sure that we don't use the same stuff the chinese do.

Lean pork, minced
Dried black fungus, soaked and finely chopped
Small shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic, finely minced
Green chili, finely minced
Coriander leaves and stalks
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Corn flour
Water
Wonton wrappers
Cucumber, slice thinly into sticks
Shallots, chopped and made into Crispy Fried Shallots
