I was just wondering who u think is the strongest of them in the manga.Lets not count pride cuz hes unrevealed. Now we've seen wrath completly own everyone in sight and its clear hes one of the stronger ones. But regardless of this Envy refers to Wrath as "that kid" at one point which means he doesn't fear him. Then we have the new greed which has lings skills as a fighter plus the ultimate shield.Which of the three do u think would win in a threeway.

By the way does anyone know how wraths sword could pierce the ultimate shield? It never seems to be explained.

well, physical strength-wise, it seems that Sloth would be the strongest.

I dont know why there should even be any debate. Envy is the Ultimate Homunculus. Not only can he change his form into any of the other homunculi, but he has that monster of a true form.

Yep. Case closed.

Isn't Pride (spoilers for latest chapter) Raven? Or is he just a messenger?

oh wow sorry.I was under the impression that envy did not have the powers/abilities of those he changed into but yea i guess that does not only make me admire envys leetness even more but completly own this thread.Since yuo seem to be such an FMA expert can you perhaps tell me how Wrath could pierce the orginal greeds ultimate shield and kill him lik 15 times?

oh wow sorry.I was under the impression that envy did not have the powers/abilities of those he changed into but yea i guess that does not only make me admire envys leetness even more but completly own this thread. In a fight of raw power alone I believe Sloth is still the most powerful.Since yuo seem to be such an FMA expert can you perhaps tell me how Wrath could pierce the orginal greeds ultimate shield and kill him lik 15 times? You see the thing is Greed wasn't getting his armor pierced he just can't multi-task. If you noticed Bradley's first strike was cutting off Greed's hand while trying to harden , and if you were paying attention to the fight before with Ed, Greed can't restore his body and harden at the same time. Bradley was cutting off his arms and slash at him at such a fast rate Greed couldn't keep up with it. By the end of the fight Greed was pretty much drained.

By the way I hold the most Fullmetal Alchemist manga knowledge on these forums. :ssj:

The new Greed could still own the lot of them.

God, i hope not. I'd much rather see someone who looks around Envy's age, not another old guy (sorry Wrath).

For that matter, i'd rather see Kimbley as Pride, lol.

Envy has the advantage because you never know who could be it. And as has been mentioned, Envy's ultimate form is insanely strong, Ed only escaped with his life because he managed to bargain with it.

Sloth would give Envy a good run for it's money though in a match of sheer strength. The huge gun Major General Armstrong shot him with was a beast and he barely broke stride. They'll all be screwed when he unfreezes.

There's always Wrath as well, the times we've seen him fight, he has kicked major ***, look what he did to Greed.

We've yet to see Ling/Greed fully in action as well, so who knows how awesome he will be, Ling was an amazing fighter.

I'm really not sure who I'd say is the strongest, I'd go toss up between Sloth and Envy.

Not counting Pride and Sloth, since I haven't read that far:

1. Wrath (The ultimate eye and unrivaled swordsmanship give him a huge advantade over the other homonculi, unless Greed already has him ultimate shield on)
2. Gluttony (His true form allows him to eat ANYTHING without even needing to get close to him meal)
3. Either Greed or Lust (depends, can Lust's ultimate spear pierce through Greed's ultimate shield? Although maybe Greed would win if he's using Ling's body)
4. Greed or Lust
5. Envy (Envy's shape shifting abilitie isn't too useful if it's oponents are able to regenarate, and Wrath has the ultimate eye, so a sneak attack won't work on him. And although it's true form is insanely strong, it's still vulnerableto Lust's ultimate spear, and and Gluttony's fake gate)

Well,
Envy's monster form WAS pretty powerful, but now that Envy got turned to mush and is now being carried around by a rather clueless little girl, I wouldn't really consider him *powerful* anymore (or are we assuming that never happened)

So I'd have to say Wrath, besides, they wouldn't put a weaker homonculus in such a powerful position, would they?

put my vote down for sloth...if he actually put 100% of his strength into it...he would be like the hulk and could crack the earth in half =D (but since its too much work doing so, he doesnt do it)

I am going to say Lust. Just a big Lust fan!
