I don't know her name, but she calls Kenpachi Ken-chan. Anyways, do they ever show her fighting? During the soul society arc they always had her do things that actually hinted that she has a high skill/ability level but they were always goofy or tied into a joke somehow.

Up to ep 107 se still hasn't had a fight.
I don't read the manga myself, but to the best of my knowlege she hasn't fought anyone there either.

The most she's done so far is make the messenger almost piss himself by releasing some of her riatsu. Just that really makes me want to see her in a fight. Doesn't look like it's going to happen anytime soon, unless it's in a filler. The manga has basically locked her out for awhile, along with almost everyone else.

I really actually would be intersted in seeing her fight. I imagine her zanpakuto would be covered in keychains and stuff, but be some horrible-killing-blade. I'm sure she's hella strong. Lets hope the manga or something sedates our curiosity.

It may be that she just doesn't want to leave Kenpachi. Consider that Ikkaku refused to reveal his bankai for fear of being taken out of Squad 11. He wants to stay under Kenpachi, and considering their history I would assume the same goes for Yachiru.

To be vice captain of 11th squad, she better be pretty ****ing strong. I don't think Kenpachi is the type of person to just let Yachiru be second in command of his squad just because she is cute.

I'm not sure what episode, but I remember like she ran up Ichigo's back and jumped off his shoulder. But she did like insanely fast and by the time he could react she had already like flipped off of him or something wild. It was part of joke though.

She does alot of little things like that jokingly that make me think she'll one day reveal herself to be a wild fighter... kinda like that whole Yoda finally fighting in episode 2.

I think she is pretty strong because its popular in martial arts anime that characters looking like children are doing so to avoid wasting energy(or one of the other names for glowy powers :p)

well she did swallow and spit back a Cero. i havent seen the LATEST, but Yachiru is the vice captain of 11th SQUAD!! under KENPACHI!! which means automatic ownage, pretty much. hopefully yachiru will come into play in the near future with the manga. but we all know that when she does finally fight, its gonna be extremely awesome. most likely she had kenpachi helping her train, too.

I love her character so much, I want to know what is hiding behind her innocent facade (she cant be innocnent and be vice captain of 11th). I'd be more scared of her than someone like Ichigo, just because we dont know anything about her abilities.
