Hi, I am wondering that I am going to start buying the Bleach DVD's, and they are in Japanese and English, the English dubs for many anime is always buthcered as in a lot of scene's are usually cut out, so I am wondering that if I bought a dual audio DVD for Bleach, will I have to watch the cut version of it even if I am watching it in Japanese? Or will it have the full version no cuts, even in Japanese and English?

There are often two versions of the dub made. A dub featuring cuts to make the anime acceptable for broadcast standards on the TV, and an uncut dub for the DVD. It is rare to the point of being almost unknown a dual-audio DVD to be anything other than the UNCUT dub, and the UNCUT japanese version.
In fact, I can't think of a single case where the Japanese version was cut on DVD, but there could be some.
