CCS Ultimate Boxset

I ordered the Ultimate CardCaptor Sakura DVD set 5 days ago. It hasn't come yet, but that's not the issue as I ordered ground shipping.

The issue is that though the $80-odd after shipping has been extracted from my checking account, I never got any sort of receipt or confirmation email. Now, maybe I'm just paranoid, but I asked to be mailed a copy of my order and wasn't, which seems like it could be indicative of problems, and if I'm going to invest $80 on something I want to make sure I get it.

And no, it's not in my spam box.

I had a sales associate search the email address that is attached to your forum account, but we couldn't find anything listed under that.

Your best bet is to contact our sales department. They should be able to look up your order and provide you with an order number and update on the status.

You should have recieved an order confirmation email, and also another informing you of the backorder. Have you checked your spam filter? We do have trouble with AOL and Hotmail accounts as well...

same thing happened with me. Actually, it was my whole order >_> not just CCS boxset. Still haven't gotten any of my order yet, though the two other things I bought apperently shipped a day or so before christmas.

What is the latest news on the CCS boxset deal? Still haven't heard anything about it since I emailed AN the last time. Has anyone actual gotten it yet?

We're still continually restocking these. Demand was higher than expected, we've been shipping them as they come in to our warehouse. May take a little extra time, but it will be worth it, it's a heck of a deal.. ;) Sorry for the wait on them...

I got a Negima calender I ordered at the same time. There didn't seem to be anything on the order form that indicated that the dvd's were on backorder. Kind of strange, but I will continue to wait. And 12String, that AMV is awesome, I personally liked the I hate Everything about Guu AMV myself :D

I noticed that you guys removed the sale today, so I've got a question. I ordered my CCS set on the 12th of December, and it still hasn't been shipped yet. Am I still going to receive mine?

Just so it could be sold at an immensely low price with no profit? No, it's not a scam, but selling it at a low price is a tactic to try and recoup from the losses or break even.
