Ok guys i was wonderin how to put ring tones for a RAZR, i heard people send it from blue tooth or usb, but for usb u need a program. Oh and i found this blue tooth adapter http://www.amazon.com/Trendnet-TBW-101UB-TRENDnet-Bluetooth-Adapter/dp/B0000BVV37/sr=8-11/qid=1165748922/ref=pd_bbs_11/103-4079985-8050200?ie=UTF8&s=electronics

and i was wonderin if i can make my own ring tones and send them with this adapter to my phone. Do i need a program to transfer ring tones with this adapter? Because last time i ordered a cd for the razr and i had my own usb cable and it never found the device, it cant be my comp or cable. But can i use this adapter? And what easy to use free program i can use to make ring tones that are mp3? thanks

Lets start from the beginning. What provider did you buy your RAZR from?

What a coinki-dink, I just bought the new T-mobile Razr V3t yesterday (The one with the SD slot). ^_^

I downloaded a program called Power MP3 cutter last night and it works decent enough. It cuts your favorite MP3 up in into parts you want and saves it as a .MP3 file or a .Wav file. The only problem so far is if you don't register with it, you can only spit up to 30 seconds a clip, Which isn't bad for me because I only need a ring tone to hear my phone...ummmm...ring, But it might be a problem for other people.

cool
it is usually hard to get programs from a cell phoen company to do that. They want you to spend money on some crappy rap or pop songs they have on their website -_-
A lot of them also refuse to unlock the phone to give to servicemen over seas

^ I know what you mean, I was surprised that I can do that, especially having a contract with the company. I thought I was going to have to get a hip hop or pop song (Not that I don't like them, But I work in a place where your bound to hard at least two people with your ring tone). Now I can put Final Fantasy VII or Final Fantasy VIII battle theme as a mp3 quality ring tone. :P

All I know, The Legendary Theme (Album Version) is made of nothing but win

Or you could learn how to do it yourself or pay to get it done.
