Anyone wanna help make banners for my avatar pages?

I'm gonna start making some but I really suck with Photoshop(as well with HTML as you can tell with my site). I hardly know how to use it but I try a little.

They are 600 X 130. I'd prefer the background color be the green I use, if not I can see what I can do with the page color scheme.

Depends on what you mean by any type. Using MS Paint is very limited in what you can do, but you can send me a banner to see if I accept it or not.

My HTML really sucks, I only know some basics. If anyone wants to redesign my site just ask & maybe we can work something out. One thing I can't do right is frames(:lol:), I want it where the selecting pages on the left never loads(static?) while you select a link of an avatar page so it loads a page on the right. I can't seem to get that right.

Levon the first thing i notice (and this is just a design issue), is the text links to all your avatars are dark, and blend in with the dark green background. another thing is photoshop should beable to write all the Html you need for you. useing either a program called Golive to alow you to set it up, and then Fetch to bring it to your website.

Read my FAQ:P I explain that for some reason when people use the Firefox browser that the text & avatar page backgrounds don't show up in Firefox. I'm not sure why, I must have an error in my HTML code.

I reccomend Opera. Opera also doesn't have ANY pop-ups or ads. I use Firefox & while it stops pop-ups it doesn't remove that annoying tab on the right with ads.

I found your background problem. You've got 2 different things going on, opening and closing your tags properly

and using 'body' tag inside of 'td' tag... which means you have a lot of body colour tags confusing foxfire, so the bg image takes priority.

All of your tags are like this, so just go through and remove '< body' (you don't have to replace 'body' with anything, you've already got a 'td' tag open) from all of them and foxfire will display the page the way you intended.

You can try using an html validator if you really suck. I don't know what's out there any more (been far too long since I've done anything thing with my sites) but google should give you something.

... I actually just had an idea to make everything very easy for you. Make a .css file, have your table attributes in that, then you can just getrid of everything but the html on your pages.

Just went to your site, and it's looking like it should with foxfire.

I have a small question about the banners Levon.

Well, to be honest I'm in this to express my professionalism in Graphic Design and it's more of a quality issue. I've noticed some of the other banners *I don't mean to Flame people with how good or how bad they are* but I'm just curious. What is your expectations for the banners? I mean you've asked people who know more about the program then you to help with designs, but I've only seen like 5 second jobs that don't seem to have any thought into them (again no offence).

I'm just feeling a little out of place.

I think now I'd expect at least around the low level of my banners, however not super low quality like that CCS banner(sorry superplough).

I'm not too picky, however if someone like you makes a really high quality banner like you have then I'll replace it.

Double click the layer you want to add the outer glow to, ther will be a list of things you can do to the object outer glow is one of them.

This is only on the Cs version, if you have version 7, the filter option has outer glow on it.

I figured out how to make the glow around a character with Paint.net, but it doesn't look right; it's much too faded to match yours. Sorry 'bout them glows. :uhh:
