Yes, remember my 300 BHP honda civic ? well im selling it .... =(
and getting something bigger , badder and something RWD =O

i went to two of my friends' car lots today and took these shots of what I liked.

here are my choices

1. Blitz 500 BHP pre-tuned 1995 Toyota supra
2. Subaru Imprezza STI WRX , almost stock , around 340 BHP, just a hks exhaust .... but it gives me the 4WD option aswell

Ill be smoking those posers , here in Lahore ... then if im lucky ill take it to Karachi City to show those cocky b*stards, especially that RX7 !

here are the pics ... sorry my supra shots are blurry , camera lens were dirty.

I'd take the Subaru. I like the color more. And the rims are nicer.

I'd say supra if it really is making 500HP that would be plenty to beat basically anything in a street race (I'm assuming your speaking of street racing if not sorry). Though I personally would take it and strip off all those stickers, and take off the "look at me I'm a JGTC champ" wing and either leave it off or replace it with the stocker. Also the wheels leave something to be desired, so I'd replace them too, but that's personal opinion. Especially if your racing people on the street, you want them to be as clueless about how powerful the car is as possible, so don't drive something that advertises I'M NOT STOCK. I suppose the STi would be ok too, if your going to have to drive it in the winter I'm assume you have a second car and this is a weekend toy so winter isn't a problem but still. I'm sure trying to drive a supra (or anything for that matter) with 500HP in the snow would be a little less than enjoyable experiance to say the least.

i just need to beat that god damn 580 BHP RX 7 in karachi city >_> .... so im leaning towards the supra ... and of course gonna remove the stickers .. and repaint it red .. (in memory of the civic im selling) .... with a carbon fiber hood keep the body kit and wing ... just add OZ superleggras and im done .... but i could use that money to mod the STI aswell ... me soo consfused , both are great cars ! :(

That's what I was wondering. Because if you want to go fast there, then you'd need monster truck wheels so you don't mess up the whole freakin car.

Well if you got it looked at it would be legal if you got the 22b sti, but you will like I said have to get it checked so it can be legal in the states, but sorry I hate ricers, the only non ricer car I've ever liked that was close to it was the sti, the large spoiler is for the rallies, such as the dakar. Yet its overall a great swap ^_^

Well from the pictures I've seen the roads don't look too bad (better than many I've seen in my travels) but I just can't stop thinking "Dakar rally" when reading "Karachi" which further makes me choose the WRX over the Supra. May be a big misconception on my part.
Hey Aaluaine, if ever I find myself in Pakistan could you hook me up with a ride?

The street was REAL crappy where my family lives. The streets flood with shitwater when it rains.

The Subaru has the ugliest rims i have ever seen.
If you wanna waste money on some ricer, go for it.
Id rather buy a little kea car, or euro that gets super gas mileage, and isnt so Fast and Furryous looking

Having prior experience with Supras, I would go for it over the WRX if all you need is brute power. Cheaper to tune and maintain than the Subaru.

I love Supras, so my vote for it. Animematt, Speed > gas milage anyday. For me anyway. I would love to have a supra ; ;
I would take the stickers off too. But id keep it black personally, gives it more class.

Some of us can afford such things and choose to do so. Gas isn't expensive.

Drop the flames, kid. Not my fault you work crappy jobs in a state known for having a depressed economy due to its heavy reliance on agriculture and a resistance to the service economy.

Supras are one of my favorite cars, right up there with Skylines, but Subarus are exellent machines. All in all I'd go with the Supra.

damn you guys are running in the middle of the day O.O, that's fricken nuts, back when I used to hang with the street racers around here we only ran on country roads surrounded by corn fields at like 11PM, and even then we only did a few races and left, for fear of getting nailed by the cops.
