We’re looking for a mascot to use in our promotional materials such as flyers, website, groups, etc. The design of the mascot is entirely up to the artist. We ask only that it be an original character (no copyrighted or trademarked characters) and that it does not contain nudity or inappropriate conduct. Mascots can be drawn in any style (Color, Black/White, CGI, Ink, Male, Female, Human, Cyber, EGL, Neko, Chibi, etc.) so long as the art is anime-influenced.

Artists can send in up to three different mascots, but can submit up to four drawings of each mascot in different poses, costumes, expressions, etc.

Artists may also include props in their pictures, but should not include backgrounds. Also, we highly encourage artists to draw their characters in action poses.

We’re looking for a mascot that’s eye-catching and energetic.
The chosen mascot will be featured in all promotional materials for Anime Supercon 2007 and possibly for future cons. The winning artist will receive a 2 free weekend passes to Anime Supercon 2007, an autographed photo from all attending voice actors and recognition on the site and in printed materials for Anime Supercon 2007.
