This is one of the most bizarre things.

I was just flipping through the channels and saw on Fox News that James Kim body was found. I frequently would read his reviews on CNET and remember him back in the days of TechTV.

Apparently his family was stranded and he went for help.

He was one of my favorite reviewers on CNET/TechTV. This is really sad.

Yeah when I first heard the name James Kim I thought it sounded familiar (as when I first heard the story only caught a glimpse of it) more so then the fact that there are about 25,000 James (and "James") Kims in the US. Then I realized it was the guy from CNet. I was in shock when I found out he died. I used to read his reviews a lot also. I'm still a little messed up over it.

I was rooting for him to be found alive, but it was highly doubtful. It is sad.

I'm one of those who believe that people are inherently evil, but every other day I hear or read stories like James Kim's; getting out in the cold to get help for his family might sound reckless, but being stranded during 7 days leaves you with very few options.

I love to be proven wrong by people like him.

RIP

Yeah it sucks. its sad to think about when I saw him on TechTV showing images of his first daughter.

They really should improve that place by putting maps & signs so people don't get lost again.
