John Lennon is someone who should rightfully be missed. But while I do agree that Pantera has made a few good songs, I think Dimebag Darrell is horribly overrated.

Two years and I had to find out on NPR of all places. I'm going to be blasting Pantera all day on Friday and making a trip to The Clubhouse (local gentleman's club owned by Vinnie Paul.)

Never heard of Dimebag. But in the U.K, I think people will have other things on there mind on Friday. Wii launch and it's rumoured by many people who work in games stores, that Friday will be hell on earth in every shopping center.
BTW, how is it that John gets 5 bullets in the chest, but Yoko who's standing wright next to him, not one ****ing bullet. WTF?!

I was never much into Pantera myslef, give or take Cowboys from Hell...
but I feel it right to honor him. John Lennon is a person who will mean something to me till the day I die. We need a person like him in the world today.

Deathscythe ftw. How I wish I was young again, having a little girl is way to close to forced celibacy on most nights ^_^

Ah last year I went to Central Park in honor of the 25th anniversary of Lennon's death. Unfortunately I forgot just how popular the guy was and had to be surrounded by a bunch of people for a pretty long time... It only got worse as the day progressed I hear.

Wow...I'm totally not sure in which way you meant that. Maybe I'm reading it wrong...at first I thought you said you were forcing young girls out of celibacy...

No little girl sex for me, only a 40 year old Japanese woman to sleep with :naughty: But you will find that once you are parent that few things can and will kill the mood quite like a baby crying over the monitor or when they are older climbing into your bed after a bad dream. Now I love my little girl with all my heart but there is also a reason I never thought about joining the priesthood.

Also, since you're a fellow fan of Lupin the 3rd, I'll make it two shots.

...flip wilson. excerpt from his wiki.
Lots of crazy things happen in traveling. Just last week I was on a train. There was a woman traveling with a baby. UGLY baby! I mean, I'm not one to make comments about anyone's kid -- but this was an UGLY baby. A guy walks down the train -- he's half smashed -- and he stops. And he stares. And the lady says "What are you looking at?" The guy says "I'm looking at that ugly baby." A scene ensues, whereupon the conductor arrives. He says "What's going on here?" The woman says "This man just insulted me!" The conductor says "Now calm down Madam, calm down. We here at the railroad want to make sure that there are no altercations between our passengers and that everyone's trip is as relaxing as possible. Accordingly, if you allow us, please step into the dining car and the railroad will buy you a free meal. And maybe we can find a banana for your monkey.

If you've read a guitar magazine in the past 2 years, every single ad and about a quarter of the articles concern him. Also, I can't walk into a music store without seeing a pretty good amount of the racks being occupied by his signiture guitars. It gets REALLY annoying!

Step one: Stop reading that garbage. I quit reading them because they do too much coverage on him alone. Even his brother thinks they've blown him out of proportion, and I talk to him every month.
Step two:Ignore the fact that people want his guitars solely for the name. They are solid guitars for what you pay in any case.
Step three: Have a Blacktooth
Step four: GET YA PULL (famous expression by Darrell)
