Since I get enough greif for posting daily, I announced it myself today (and it could be worse, I have several things I want to post and could do so now, but I think one a day is enough. Instead of 5 today and none for a week).

I seen this movie on Wednesday night and it's awesome.

The plot and story are awful, but the songs are amazing, so funny and some really cool ones too. Unfortunatly when the damn projector breaks and you're waiting 25 mins with nothing to do, it has a damper on the flick (could be worse, it broke fully on the next showing. No we didn't see it twice, we just know), but it's still really funny.

The whole movie is basically, loud Rock music, with a bit of loud Metal music, the words **** and **** are in it about 5 times a minute on average and there's quite a few cameo's.

I recomend any TD fan to see this flick, expecially if you've listened to there debut album a few times (the movie is the frickan album. So listen to it first, because me and my bro were laughing at bits that no-one else was laughing at).

Anyone else seen this or want to see it?

Just realised that i'm an idiot, as it censors my swear words. D'OH!

But basically, the F word and the C word meaning schlong.

Best song ever. You seen the music video for it?

If not, try youtube, they might have it. It's hilarious.

I've been a D fan since long before this movie was even heard of. I'm gonna have to see it soon.

So how does the movie stand up to the old TV show?

Never seen the show. Don't think it's aired here in the U.K, as for the fact that I never even knew they had a show (much like Clerks the cartoon).

Same here Monkey Boy :)

Yeah it's happened to my bor before plough, but no free tickets both times :(

I went and saw it with some friends last night. I thought it was pretty good. The songs were absolutely great, as to be expected, but Demon's right, the dialog is pretty bad at times - not raunchy, just not well crafted. I think the best actor in the film was the boy who plays little JB - he seriously had every movement Black's probably ever done down very well. Made it look like the movie had some crazy time machine.

Yep, the dialogue and the plot are the only 2 downsides. But don't worry folks, there aint much of that. To many kick *** songs to be played :)

Soundtrack is on it's way to me, hopefully i'll have it by Monday.
