looking for sonic DVD

I am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. My son is a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan, and has asked for the Sonic the Hedgehog "the movie" that was released in 1999. I am looking for this movie on DVD that is in english ( i did find a copy in Japanese). The best I could find are way to over priced ( over $50 ). Every one seems to not have this movie in stock. If anyone here can help me in my quest I would be grateful
