Does anybody know if Phantom Hunter Miko been release in english or where I could get an copy?

Does anybody know if Phantom Hunter Miko been release in english or where I could get an copy?I don't believe it has been licensed, so the only sources of which I am aware are Japanese DVD stores. The box set is apparently out of print, but the individual discs are still avaiable (catalog numbers MX-1035 and MX-1305; as Reinou Tantei Miko).
