Does Animenation still carry this? I can't find it on the site. If not, does anyone know where I can obtain it?

Unfortunately, it looks like the Bloody Roar import manga is out of print and no longer available. You may be able to locate second hand copies on the collector's market or on-line auctions. It does not look like the series has ever been released domestically.
