It's ok, the art isn't too great most of the time, but the animation ain't half bad. Story is standard "student blackmails teacher" and is as lame as it always is you defintely won't be watching for that. If you can find a way to rent it or something first I'd say do that, it's not a definite keeper.

Don't listen to animematt55, he has nothing good to say about hentai. I found Panty Flash Teacher to be pretty good. The story sucks but the art I found to be good and the sex scenes are good.
